About Me:

My name is Tsungai Marian Mutasa.Iâ€™m a qualified nurse mainly work with all patients from all different ethnic background.I have got six years experience and been working in different hospitals across South Wales .Before l become a nurse also worked as a support worker for almost 10 years in nursing homes ,residential homes and also mental health hospitals. I have more experienced in working with elderly with dementia giving more support to the families.I can also look after patients in their own houses giving them the best care they need to remain in their own environment.I also got experience in working with children and adults with learning disabilities and mental health.I can also offer one to one support care wherever families needs a short break or long term support to keep their loves who might be terminally ill maintaining their dignity in the own environment. My role as a nurse will be to give medication, making sure that the patients are getting their prescriptions on time ,l can also support them in personal care ,Feeding,meal preparations .As a nurse l also like to keep update record of my patientsâ€™ vital signs making sure their physical health is ok on a daily basis. An extra support needed lâ€™m always happy to assist
