Food: the food i like to eat mostly is natural plant base food.i like making green blend like celery spinach parsley kale cilantro carrot yes i enjoy doing a good bend from plant base food which is very healthy and build the immune system keeping it alive and strong to resist many sickness and diseases and keep the electrolite going. juices i like to make of fresh fruits that is healthy i bend and make . vegetables i like to steam and serve a great dish

Music: am mostly interesting in gospel

TV: not much a fan of tv but will look at in certain events that is taking place but it must caught to my attention
