Im 44 years young female, and ive been doing care for over 20 years and really do love it. Im very smilely and bubble i sing dance as im working and all the people ive care for will tell you. I dont mind assisting with all personal care and just love to help care and support whom ever i care for giving tham a good quality of life. I am a very good carer who truely does care.

My first taste of care was being brought up by my beautiful faster parents from that i helped my mum sometimes with mobile care and learned all about respecting your elders how to assist with personal care and dignity. I learned so mucg from her as she was a carer herself and i always wanted to follow in her footsteps. From leaving home i went to college and learned so much more in social care and nursing. I never wanted to be a nurse but i wanted to learn nursing knowledge and learn that side of it. From college to uni where i studied psychology and gained my degree. This i know helps in care, my first paid job was the residential home on Northfield Road New Moston and loved it. Ive worked in many homes since ranging from residential to nursing and dementia along with other long term illnesses and love it. Im currently working for Acnchor care homes and again i love it and my residents and their family love me to as they have faxed or spoken to head office. And ive also been praised by the deputies and manager. This job to me is not a job because i enjoy it every single day because i make my residents have a better quilty of life and i care deeply for all of them and i come home knowing ive put a smile on their face. Best feeling in the world.

G.N.V.Qs , level 1,2,3 in health and social care, level 1,2,3 in N,V,Qs and my degree in psychology. And last but no means least my life experience this has shown me so much more than qualifications good ever do.
Interests
Food: I love egg chips peas and gravy with 2 fresh buttered bread
Music: I love a full range of music if i know it i sing if i dont i dance. Music makes me and everyone round me happy
TV: I love my soaps Emmerdale Coranation Street and Eastenders i like documentries and true life.
Films: I love musicals like the hills are alive and singing in the rain and i love a good comedy.
Books: I love to read educational books where by you learn as you read or true fictional.
Days Out: Dont have many as i like to work as much as i can but i do love agood picinic in a lovely park or seaside.
Other Interests: Reading, learning, and spending precious time with my beautiful husband.
