About Me:

Hi I am a Rwgistered nurse with over 20 years experience. I started in Dementia care, spent a few years in A&E, then went into Disrict Nursing and finally Cheonic pain management for the last 3 years. I can meet most of your nursing needs and have a particular passion for home care and helping people to maintain their independence. I believe everyone deserves a decent quality of life and would work alongside clients to enable this.

Interests

Food: I enjoy a healthy but varied diet. I believe in the benefits of good nutrition and have taught patients on dietary issues.

Music: I love music. I have a very eclectic taste and am happy to listen to almost anything!

TV: Documentaries and comedy are my preferred choice.

Films: I like classic films, musicals, psychological thrillers.

Books: I love reading. I have to read a lot to keep up to date with current practice. When I get free time to read I enjoy autobiographies, philosophy and travel books.

Days Out: Interested in most things! I love being out in nature. Also historical places and buildings. Churches and cathedrals have a certain appeal.

Other Interests: Somewhere to get some nice tea and cake! I love animals, especially dogs. Gardening-when the weather is nice and trips to the theatre and museums.
