Details:
Care required for a 92 year old grandmother. Joan will soon be returning home from hospital after a bad fall which has reduced her mobility massively. She is now unable to walk so will need assistance getting in/out of bed, visiting the toilet, meal preparation and household chores.
As we dont have the budget to cover live in care I would like to arrange 4x 1hr care visits per day. This could be shared between a number of carers so please do get in contact if you feel you could help with any of these visits.
