About the Client
Clients Name: Simon
Food they like: Meat and veg man. He's not fussy but no fruit
TV: He mainly watches film, we have netflix so he's on that all the time
Details:
My Dad Simon need a carer to stay with him 4 days a week (3 nights only). I stay Thursday night to Monday morning (early) so the shift would be Monday 7am to Thurs 6-7pm
Dad needs help to and from bed, bathroom etc He has MS so needs someone there all the time, he can of course be left so you can go out as and when u need.
The room you would stay in is a double room with ensuite. Dad's room is downstairs with a communication system between the 2 room for night time help.
