Details:

We currently have a care team of 7, who give us full waking night care, however the majority of the team work in our son’s special school. Therefore when we have annual leave to cover or sickness in term times, we have very limited options. Sometimes we struggle during school breaks too on occasion.

Our concerns are what happens should we not be available to cover?

Currently shifts are :
Nights 8pm to 8am (term time, Sunday - Thursday)
8.30pm to 8.30am (Friday, Saturday and school holidays)

We live in a fully adapted house in Elham, Kent.
