Details:

I'm an English bachelor 72 living by myself in my own private property in Birmingham. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis several years ago which can flare up occasionally to varying degrees of discomfort which could mean that i need help at home plus local shopping, companionship, applying creams etc. I also had a heart attack caused by stress running my own businesses for many years so have to take daily medication for this and arthritis.
