Clients Name: Elizabeth De Meza
Food they like: Elizabeth requires liquidised food, soups, custard, ice cream, jelly, Fortisip, coffee, hot chocolate, Horlicks, Ovaltine. Medication will be dealt with by the morning carer.
Music: Elizabeth likes good music, from the shows, Classic FM, etc. She is a Christian and listens to Morning Worship on Radio 4 (long wave) at 09:45 weekday mornings and 08:10 on Sundays.
TV: Elizabeth likes the older TV comedies (Bids of a feather, Dad's Army, 'ello 'ello, Lovejoy, Last of the Summer wine, Songs of Praise and Gymnastics.
Films: English comedies and wildlife documentaries.
Books: Has magazines delivered. Peoples Friend and Country life.
Days Out: Not applicable.
Other Interests: Current affairs, her family and her granddaughters. Animal welfare organizations.
Details:
From 22nd June till 30th June 2019 (both dates inclusive) from 12 noon till 8 pm daily. The carer to provide companionship, help about the house, preparing simple liquefied meals for lunch, wheeling Elizabeth to toilet, attending to her personal hygiene if appropriate, helping her walk a little on her walking frame if requested. Would suit a carer with experience living in the Hastings/ St Leonards on Sea area.
