Days Out: Anywhere I can touch grass or trees.

Details:
I am a young thinking woman in her 50s. I have Multiple Sclerosis, which particulary affects my balance, mobility and energy. But I am still fairly mobile and need help and encouragement to exercise, prepare meals, shop, clean myself and the house, or transport and accompaniment to doctors or social events. I love art, music, fresh air and board games.
I am currently looking for only 4 hours care a week, in 1.5 - 2.5 hour sessions, mid morning or evening depending on my needs at the time, and according to the character, interests and availability of the Carer.
