Hi,
My wife is a disabled person who has upcoming Hospital appointments.
August 2nd and September 14th in Wexham Hospital
August 16th, 28th, 30th in Hillingdon Hospital
I would like a Carer/ support worker to take my wife for these appointments and get her back to Flat in Hayes. Taxi will be arranged for Hospital visits with my wife. We live adjutant to Hayes Railway station. Our Flat is in High Loint Village, Station Road, Hayes, UB3 4FF.
