Days Out: Short walks at the sea. Occasional window shopping or clothes shopping

Details:

My mum requires interim care as she has just moved to the city. She needs help to get washed and dressed in the mornings and at lunch time her pre prepared lunch needs to be heated and cut up. It is 2x45 mins slots per day. The breakfast slot is 7 days a week but lunch is weekdays only.
