Details:

Elderly lady with dementia. Requires toileting, simple food prep and encouragement to eat, drink offering, kept safe. One hour 11-12 Monday-Friday each day and 1-2 times a day weekend for same help as above and possibly putting to bed, toilet, teeth brush 7-8 pm.
