I provide person-centred care with dignity, respect, and empathy, ensuring each individual’s physical, emotional, and social needs are met. I have experience assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication support, mobility assistance, and companionship. I am patient, attentive, and able to build trusting relationships with service users and their families. I work well both independently and as part of a wider care team, following care plans accurately while remaining flexible to individual needs. I can provide personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids.
I am fully trained in medication administration.
I can prepare meals and assist with feeding where required, Carry out light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping and Offer companionship and emotional support whilst promoting independence, choice, and dignity at all times.
