About Me:

Professional, compassionate and knowledgeable overseas nurse and health-care worker, with experience in live-in caring, hospital, nursing-home and residential care settings; I will act in the best interests of the patient and will skill-up/learn in order to support on issues/conditions new to me. I enjoy supporting my patients in living a comfortable life and use my extensive experience, a caring nature, centered on treating all with dignity and respect to respond to the client’s needs, provide guidance and/or encouragement, as desired.

Other Experience:

I am a trained overseas nurse who has done NVQ 2-4 in Health and social care. I have worked in client homes, hospitals, domiciliary care, residential, and nursing homes.
The clients i have worked with included the elderly, those with dementia, parkinsons, etc., This involved supporting them with personal care, eating, incontinence, mobility, medications and emotional support.
In case of incidents/emergencies, I would act with due urgency, then record and/or report, as appropriate.
Depending on the client, I have also done light housekeeping chores including laundry, shopping, cooking, and ensuring the residence is clean, safe and secure at all times.

Interests

Food: I enjoy various cuisines. I love vegetables and fruits and will eat these daily. I will intermittently eat fish/chicken.

Music: Open to listening to all kinds of music and love dancing.

TV: I enjoy watching TV in general. In recent years, i have enjoyed watching dance shows, britain got talent etc.

Films: I enjoy watching Films.

Days Out: Visting museums, shopping, taking my grandchildren out
