About Me:
My name is Eddie Sharpe.
I am a 52-year old married man with a diverse life experience. I am interested in becoming a carer as I am a cancer survivor and know only to well what it is like to be dependant upon others. I am very pleased to say that I have made a full recovery and have never felt better.
I have mixed with all types of people in all types of places and consider myself to be a very good conversationalist. I believe that integrity is very important and a love of the moment. My illness taught me the fragility of life and to appreciate what I have instead of always searching for more.
I have a good sense of humour and am a very cheerful positive 'can do'type of person. I have a love of good food and would consider myself to be a half decent cook. I come from a military background and like everything to be in order.
My interests are wide and varied and include;- Travel, history, philosophy,politics, theatre, cinema, yoga, meditation, football and cooking. I believe that variety is the spice of life and that the best things in life are free.
I make friends easily and am comfortable with all levels of society.

This book was inspired by my Grandpa. When I was 9 years old he said to me;- 'When you get to a certain age it won't matter what you have, so long as you have are comfortable and have a roof over your head. What will matter is what have you done with your life. Whatever you do, don't follow the crowd but do something different'. Great advice in my opinion and I have lived my life this way
