I am Organised and successful at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong work ethic and exhibiting a positive attitude. I feel dedicated to within my work role and feel passionate to work with different groups of people, different ages from different backgrounds and supporting diversity and equality. Extensively trained to endeavour my skills for the following job role and become more qualified. I am very compassionate, solutions-orientated individual who is dedicated to provide exceptional care which focuses on person-centred approach and individual needs, according to work policies and guidelines. During my experience of working in one of the care homes, I also had the privilege to learn eye alphabet as it was the only way to communicate with one of our service users, thus show person cantered care and ability to adapt to different methods of communication based on service user’s needs. I am a very active person who likes to spend time ourdoors doing Sport activities such as mountain climbing. I have studied psychology for my BSc and Mental health as my MSc degree.

Other Experience:

As a carer, the following job role included working with different cultural backgrounds. To provide personal care and support to Clients with a wide range of needs illnesses and disabilities. Job role also required to undertake the tasks detailed in the Client's care and support plan using a person centred approach and in the least intrusive way to encourage the independence and motivation of the Client and not foster dependent behaviour.
To provide input into the care and support plans of Clients by regularly feeding back to the Field Care Supervisor. To assist Clients getting up in the morning and going to bed at night, assist Clients to wash, bath and shower, assist Clients to dress and undress, assist Clients to look after their skin, teeth, hair and nails. My role was to assist clients with toileting, continence management and personal hygiene. Support clients mentally such as physically. To assist Clients with their medication at the agreed level of support and as detailed in their Medication Care Needs Assessment.As a senior care worker more job responsibilities have arisen, not only I had to do all the previous things which were involved in caring but also learn and develop the following:
Speaking skills to communicate with staff and support throughout the shift, be able to support with medication, organise rota, document writing, count medication and fill in a medication record (MAR sheet) Team working skills to lead or supervise a team. Time management skills to delegate tasks within team Digital skills to upload digital photos to care plans online contributing to record keeping monitoring service users' conditions by taking temperature, pulse, respiration and weight providing interest and activities to stimulate and engage the service users throughout the day. I was working with patients who had schizophrenia, different types of dementia, short and long term memory loss. I worked along with a nurse in charge and assist with all required help such as PEG feeds and checking sugar levels.

Mental Health Trainee
Currently finishing my placement in Edgware Community Mental Health hospital, where I have been seeing clients under the supervision of a care coordinator a CPN, we have been supporting clients floating support, organising referrals for O.T assessment, carers assessment, housing support, dealing with child protection and safeguarding for older adults and young children, conducting MASH reports, supporting clients with social inclusion and recovery, attending doctors appointments and supporting with individual’s needs. I had been working in the Beacon Centre Inpatient Hospital with adolescence psychiatry needs, supporting with recovery and social inclusion, attending groups, O.T activities, providing 1:1 support and motivational interviewing.

Food: When it’s about food, I cannot complain I love trying different types of food from different countries.

Music: My favorite music is smooth jazz as well as chill house music.

TV: Comedies, something that will make me smile and laugh.

Books: Adventure and romance. I also lik psychology and psychiatry books.

Days Out: Wall climbing, mountain climbing, cycling, swimming and gym.

Other Interests: I am interested in meeting other people and learning different things from them. I am interested in human behavior.
